BEFORE THE SECONDMENT :

• Advices in French labor law
Assistance : SIPSI online declaration in France, pre-posting declaration form or posting certificate in France, Italy, Germany, Poland and Belgium.
Translation for documents to be submitted to the different administrative authorities upon request.
• Compliance Verification of the the secondment file which must include:

  • Document of existence of the company posting ( equivalent KBIS French )
  • A proof of commercial links between the company established in France and the foreign company
  • A copy of last payment slip for social security contributions
  • A copy of passport or identity document of the employee
  • An application for a work permit (for states outside the European Union )
  • Employment contract of the employee
  • A resume of the employee if the activity is subject to specific regulatory conditions (or other proof of qualification: diploma, title, etc.)
  • Certificate A1 of social security issued by the country of origin

• Issuance of the representation attestation

DURING AND AFTER THE SECONDMENT :

Establishment of the link in France with labor inspectors, the DIRECCTE, police and gendarmerie, taxes and customs.
Preservation of documents at the disposal of the administrative authorities during and after the secondment.
Pre-litigation and litigation legal assistance

OUR ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE OBLIGATION OF VIGILANCE

• Identification of all contractors and all subcontractors throughout the object of the mission operation.
• Verification of the situation of each company identified as French or foreign
